Erik is the kind of person you might innocently ask where is a good place to go for great food and drinks and he'll go on for about twenty minutes before barely making a dent in all the great places in the Capital Region to eat. It’s taken some time, but he's finally realized that there are people out there that might forgive him for such food and drink blathering and possibly, even come back for more.
That is where Erik decided to start the Tuesday Foodie, where he will go to at least one restaurant a month on a Tuesday and then provide feedback (and photos of course) on experience, food and drinks, and atmosphere. The blog will cover anything from a great off the beaten path spots to fine dining restaurant.
